Project Manager

Josh came on board in December 2023 with a strong greenkeeping background, having managed golf courses and bowling greens, and even spent time repping turf products to other greenkeepers. He’s got a sharp eye for detail and treats every client’s lawn like it’s his own.

Josh reckons the best part of the job is working with a passionate, fun crew that knows how to get the job done right. Outside of work, you’ll find him looking after his own golf-course-style lawn, drumming in his shed, or out for a run.

Landscaping Project Manager

Mark joined the team in December 2023 and brings over 20 years of landscaping experience to the crew. He’s got a sharp eye for detail and loves working on all kinds of outdoor projects. Mark reckons the best part of the job is being outdoors with a good bunch of people and learning from Josh, the ‘lawn guru’.

On weekends, you’ll find him lighting the fire pit, cranking some country music, and enjoying a beer with the family - ideally while the Canterbury Bulldogs are getting up and he’s got a batch of smoked meat on the go.

Turf Specialist (aka ‘Pumba’)

With a passion for getting things right the first time, Jimmy’s the guy making sure lawns are lush and level. He’s worked as a greenkeeper in England (yes, he can still do the accent), looked after cricket wickets, and even had a crack at being a radio DJ.

These days, he loves working on local projects - especially bowling clubs - and reckons it’s even better when there’s BBQ, beers, banter and a beagle involved. If you hear someone singing Aussie classics mid-mow, it’s probably Jimmy.

2nd Year Apprentice Landscaper

Sam came on board in 2024 and is now powering through his second year of a landscape construction apprenticeship. He’s already licensed to operate the excavator, skid steer and loader - and always keen to pick up new skills.

Sam is known for his solid work ethic and laid-back nature, and says the best part of the job is the team culture and working with good blokes. On the weekends, he’s proud to enjoy the fire pit area he paved himself with recycled bricks.

1st Year Apprentice Landscaper

Kaydden joined the crew in January 2025 as a first-year apprentice and hasn’t looked back. He loves being hands-on and learning skills that are useful for both on and off the job. His favourite part of the job? The laughs and banter between the boys, and learning something new every day.

When he’s not on site, he’s into footy and plays rugby league for Orange Hawks.
